Rainbows and Deer

So one evening after our afternoon rain shower, the boys came running inside to tell us about the rainbow!  They are extra bright here.  This rainbow had a dim one above it as well.  Here are the pics from my iphone.

and then one evening during my walk, We ran into this bunch of deer eating the tree trimmings.

You know its a slow news week when......

Fathers Day pics

So for Father's Day, I ordered Troy a digital photo frame for his desk at work.  It wasn't going to arrive until Monday, so Monday morning I took the boys out for a few new shots.  And we are proud to say, Monday evening we presented him with the pics:)

FRIENDS

When we get together with our friends there are a BUNCH of kids running around!  This picture is missing at least 3 other friends that were out of town for this Party!  And we will hopefully be adding 3 NEW friends once the Grimmets roll into town the end of this month! 

Night in Ft Davis

This weekend we went to Ft Davis to cookout and visit with friends.  We found some interesting critters while we were there!

   

     

 

  

IN THE NEWS........

Troy and his friend Mike made the Big Bend Sentinel newspaper this past Thursday.  Mike flew the Helicopter down to Marfa, while Troy drove to make preparations for landing.  They set it down at Marfa Sector Headquarters for the Big Open House Birthday Party for Border Patrol.  The girls and I got together and drove to Marfa to attend.  Boy, am I GLAD we didn't end up in  Marfa!
